Sarah Annunziato's Bio:
Sarah Annunziato teaches Italian language and culture at UVA. She has previously designed and taught courses on Film adaptation and the Italian cinematic tradition, Italian children's literature, Italo-American relations from the colonial era to the present day, Italian crime fiction, Italian political theory, the mobster film genre, and Dante. Her current research interests include Italian cinema and television, Italian crime fiction, Italian children's literature, and the representation of Italy in American mass media.
